^Click on that link, then follow the instructions on that site (Right Click, Save Target on the link at the bottom) to download the whole album. Once completed, open up the file (it'll be a .rar), highlight (click) on the folder, and click "Extract" on the top, and browse your PC to put the Folder wherever you want on your PC (cough, in iTunes..)
